Regardless of your locking product (Smart Lock, Smart Reader or Padlock) you can manage access with the Tapkey app. Learn how to grant mobile access to a new or existing person.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Select specific lock and tap + button
under the menu point Locks

2a. Type person's mail address and tap add
to add a new contact (smartphone user)

2b. Select a person from the suggestion list
to add an existing contact (smartphone user)

3. Tap ✔ button to grant access
