How to sync Cobot Resources (Bookings) with Tapkey.

Resource sync in Cobot is going to automatically create permissions based on the coworking configuration and link between resources and Tapkey Smart Locks. 

Permissions are going to be created only 1 hour before the meeting starts.

Edit the Cobot Add-On configuration, and tap on Edit.

1. Configure sync

In this example, we are going to configure the Sync for “Desk Room 1”, and tap on that resource to link the Tapkey Smart Locks.

2. Add Locks

In this case, the Locks required are “Desk Room # 1” and “Entrance Door” to enable access to the building. After adding the locks, tap Save.

3. Testing

Now test the integration by creating an event within the next hour, in this case, the event is going to be created as permissions in the Tapkey Lock.

4. Check Permissions

To check the permissions, navigate to the Desk Room # 1 Lock using the Tapkey web portal.
