How to sync your Cobot Plans with Tapkey.

Plan sync in Cobot is going to automatically create permissions based on the coworking memberships and link between resources and Tapkey Smart Locks. 

1. Navigate to Plans

To adapt the Cobot Add-On configuration, tap on Edit and inside the Add-On details tap on plans tab.

2. Add Permissions

In this case we are going to automatically add permission to the building to any user subscribed to the Full-Time access, click on “Full Time” plan to edit the lock association. Add “Entrance Door” lock and tap Save.

3. Sync up

After this change, the sync-up is already running, so any member associated with the Full-Time plan is going to get Unrestricted access if no cancellation date is provided.

4. Membership created

This membership in Tapkey would be created automatically as Unrestricted for the Lock “Entrance Door”.

5. Cancellation date automatically synced

If a cancellation date is provided for the membership in Cobot then the Permissions would automatically sync that change.
