Follow these steps to check and sync lock-specific information, e.g. blacklist entries, time on lock or access log. There are two options, for the second option, scroll all the way down.

Step-By-Step Guide I
1. Click on the lock you want to synchronise
under the menu item Locks
2. Select Maintain in the right corner
A) If you use Bluetooth, maintenance will be done automatically.
B) If you have a NFC-only product (Smart Locks before September 2018), place your phone on the lock. By touching the lock on the back of your smartphone, the information can be read.
3. Tap Sync Lock to trigger sync process
4. Wait until the lock is synchronised
✔ A tick mark appears
You can now continue with any further actions.
Step-By-Step Guide II
Under the menu item Locks, click the three dots on the right upper corner and select Maintain lock. Select your lock via Bluetooth or NFC and sync lock as shown in Guide I Step 2.
