What does the pricing look like?
What does the size of the Starter Plan mean? The size of your Starter Plan refers to the number of smartphone users you can grant access to. Each smartphone user who currently has—or will receive—access authorisation counts as one active user in your plan. You can assign access to one or more locking devices per user.
The only thing you have to decide: the number of smartphone users and whether you want to purchase them directly in the app or in our online shop. There are small differences in billing here. For example, if you buy your Starter Plan in the app, it will be debited from your account on a monthly basis. In contrast, in the shop you can only select an annual debit.

In both cases you can buy NFC transponders at any time. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
