How to issue a grant for a lock group.
After you have created a lock group and added locks, you can now grant mobile access for a lock group. However, this is currently only possible for NFC transponders. This will save you a lot of time.
Note: This functionality is not available in Units.
Using NFC Transponders

1. Select the specific NFC Transponder
in the menu item NFC Transponder
2. Press the + button to assign an access permission
Existing authorisations are listed.

Office Mode not supported. Office Mode is not supported for Lock Groups.
3. Select the lock group
4. Tap ✔ button to grant access for the transponder
Optionally restrict validity.

5. Bring the NFC transponder close to your smartphone
✔ Access is now granted for the lock group
The transponder can now open all locks of this lock group.
Using Persons and Smartphone Users
Lock Firmware requirements
The feature that requires the minimum version in the Locks Firmware to be able to work.
- Firmware version 4.3 is required for DOM Tapkey Smart Lock cylinder, DOM Tapkey GUARD, DOM Tapkey LoQ, DOM Tapkey ACM (HiSec / Compact), Tapkey Half Cylinder.
- Firmware version 1.1 is required for DOM Tapkey AccessManager Updater (HiSec / Compact)
SCREENS
1. Select the specific Smartphone User
Navigate to Smartphone Users in the Left Menu, and then find the user you want to grant access to the Lock Group.
2. Press the + button to assign an access permission
Existing authorisations are listed, click in the Add (+) button to add the access for Lock Group.

3. Find and select the lock group
Once you select the lock group tap the check box on top right to confirm the selection.
4. Add access rules and accept
Optionally restrict validity.

5. Congratulations! At this moment your Grant has been created and the user already has access
Note: Lock Groups work better when the Smartphone User has internet connectivity, however, users can use their keys anytime using NFC unlocking.
