Help! Not all log entries are displayed in the access log.

Don't worry! There is a simple explanation for this. Log entries can't be transferred to the Tapkey Trust Service in real time with NFC transponders, because neither the lock nor the transponders are connected to the internet. This can only happen when an authorised smartphone unlocks or the affected lock is synchronised.

There is not always enough time for transferring the access log with Smartphone Keys. Here we prefer new events over older ones. That's why it can also happen that current records are already visible, while older ones are still missing. Anyway, as soon as you synchronise your smart lock, all events will be transmitted from the lock. Learn here how to easily sync your smart lock.
